Yes, we repair all major brands of stairlifts including Stannah, Acorn, Brooks, Handicare, Minivator, ThyssenKrupp, Platinum, and many others. If you have an older or less common model, give us a call – we can usually help.

Our standard call-out charge is £70.00 for visits between 8:00am and 6:00pm. For emergency call-outs outside these hours (6:00pm to 8:00am, weekends, and bank holidays), the charge is £100.00. All prices include VAT.

For emergencies, we aim to reach you as quickly as possible – often the same day. For non-urgent repairs and servicing, we can usually arrange a visit within a few days at a time that's convenient for you.

We recommend having your stairlift serviced at least once a year. Regular servicing helps prevent breakdowns, extends the life of your stairlift, and ensures it's safe to use. If your stairlift is used frequently, you may benefit from more regular servicing.

Yes, we offer stairlift removal services. Whether you're moving house, no longer need the stairlift, or want to upgrade to a new model, we can safely remove your existing unit. In some cases, we may even offer you payment for a working stairlift.
